No returns. Exchanges for damaged merchandise or deffective merchandise will be dependent on photographic evidence. A replacement will be shipped out to you at no additional cost. If you would prefer a refund, 15% will be refunded to you via PayPal assuming you have documented evidence of damaged merchandise and have communicated the issues to us via email. Thank you!
